I know I’ve said it before but I really enjoyed that. I just ran to a certain point and then decided to add on a walk. I’m beginning to like these back to back activities. I’ve got my 10km in 5 days time and I’m getting excited. The weather’s turned again, a bit autumnal, but I like it and can’t wait to do the run and get my medal. Anything under 57 minutes will do!
I’ve got a late shift later and I’m a bit tired so a quick power nap is in order and then off to work..
