I can’t get over how bitterly cold it is outside. The good thing is when I left for my morning run I initially didn’t feel the cold but it didn’t take long for me it to hit settle in my bones. I pulled the sleeves down of my running mac over my gloves to try and bring back some feeling in my hands. I have leather gloves and they do not help in this weather at all. Note to self to get some better ones!

The pavement was littered with patches of ice and hard frost, treacherous under foot but it’s over now and a cup of tea is in order..
